ATC Leadership Programs
ATC USA is relentless in its efforts to educate, empower, and equip leaders to put hope within reach through the power of Jesus Christ. IGNITE, FUSE, and FORGE provide leadership training for ALL ATC leaders. Whether you are a new staff member or intern beginning your leadership journey or a seasoned veteran looking to grow your managerial or executive skills, journey with us as we follow after Christ together!
TIER 1
IGNITE is a set of online courses designed to help all ATC staff discover their passion for ATC ministry, highlight individual growth, and develop practical skills, helping skills, and grow in spiritual formation. IGNITE is scheduled to launch in June 2024.
You must be enrolled in ATC Bridge to join.
TIER 2
FUSE is a leadership journey for managers, directors, and those preparing to step into managerial roles. This online educational track increases leadership abilities by providing an overview of 11 essential elements of non-profit leadership. It also features an optional in-person conference with battle-tested plenary speakers, practical workshops, and valuable resources.
You must be enrolled in ATC Bridge to join.
TIER 3
FORGE is a highly specialized development program for executive leaders or those who show promise for stepping into an executive position. Members of this cohort will have the opportunity to engage with world-renown speakers in cloud-based meetings, network with other ATC executives, and boldly step into the highest levels of leadership—applications for this tier open each February.
